The two players named by former Manchester United player Nemanja Matic would “always be late for training,” which would enrage their teammates.

Nemanja Matic, a former midfielder for Manchester United, has spoken out about two players who were notoriously tardy to training and how it irritated their teammates.

The 35-year-old departed for Roma in 2022 after joining the Red Devils from Chelsea in 2017.

In a recent interview, he reflected on his time in the Premier League and brought attention to the disparity in quality between Chelsea and United. He is presently playing for Rennes in France.

‘At Chelsea, players acted properly, they were prompt and were never late for training, but at United it happened virtually every day.’ he stated while speaking to YouTube channel YU Planet.

The Serb went on to single out the two players who would “always be late” and described how the other players would be “angry” because of it.

“Paul Pogba, Jadon Sancho, and a couple of other players were notoriously tardy,” he went on to sаy.

Joining Matic on the club’s departure, Pogba rejoined Juventus on a free transfer as a midfield partner.

But he hasn’t been able to make up for lost time due to injuries and has failed to overcome the obstacles.

However, Sancho is still a Manchester United player, despite his recent rift with manager Erik ten Hag and subsequent decline in status at Old Trafford.

If Ten Hag stays in charge, the winger will likely go alongside his old teammates, and a reunion with Pogba seems possible.

In the process of collecting payment from individuals who were tardy to training, Matic elaborated on his disciplinary committee.

I was elected president of an internal disciplinary committee that was formed because the other punctual employees were furious.

Unfortunately, the funds could not be utilized for a party due to the CоVID-19 pаndemic.

“I posted a piece of paper on the wall where I recorded the names of people who were tardy to work,” he went on to sаy. We collected about £75,000 in fines during one season in particular.

Because of the CоVID-19 pаndemic, we were unable to use the funds for our scheduled London party.
