I just can’t express how much I appreciate your support, everyone. The short turnaround time made it one of the hardest things I’ve ever done,’ she said as the caption for a video that included images from the movie’s several premieres, which were attended by A-list celebrities including Taylor Swift, Blake Lively, Lizzo, Kris Jenner, and others.
She went on, “I pretty much slept during the edit, color, and mix sessions.” “The race against time persisted to release this movie as soon as possible.” But the effort was well worth it.
The love that my Hive has shown me is overwhelming. And WHOA! She said, “I am so moved and inspired by the amazing reviews!!!,” gesturing to the Renaissance film that debuted with a perfect score of 100 percent on Rоtten Tomatoes.
The 32-time Grammy winner stated how much she enjoys “watching everyone in the theaters all decked up in their most opulent lewks.”
“Mute challenges persist, even within the theater!” You guys make me laugh so hard. Please don’t let up on that enthusiasm. I’m eager to see what else you guys come up with. The Halo hitmaker went on, “I also love seeing the positive takeaways from people who weren’t my fans or didn’t know my story.”
“Those who never showed interest in my shows now have a greater appreciation and understanding of what it takes to be a RENAISSANCE woman.”
Her designer shades were also encrusted with jewels, as she donned a stunning white fur overcoat and held a shimmering silver clutch in a few of the snaps
‘I just can’t thank all of you enough for your support. It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done because of the short turn around time,’ she captioned a video
Beyonce expressed her gratitude following some controversy surrounding her platinum look at the Renaissance premiere, when some said she “lightened her skin” in an effort to “look like a white woman.”
The hitmaker was allegedly targeted by online trolls who claimed she “was white now” and that “she’s not a Black woman!” after her appearance of having lighter complexion and wearing a platinum blonde wig.
The “Formation” singer did, however, have a good number of fans, as Nick Cannоn stood up for her when she was accused of attempting to look like Kim Kardashian at the premiere.
The detractors of her daughter, she said, were not “celebrating a sister” or “just ignoring if you don’t like her,” but rather “pursuing jealousy and racism, sexism, double standards.”
Tina Knowles, her mother, entered the ring as well to defend her daughter from the harsh critics.
In a long post for the video, Knowles stated, “I am sick and tired of people attacking her,” and she refuted the worries of the commentators.
She also said that her daughter’s attire resembled that of Black performers from at least as far back as Etta James.
