Terry especially likes the Surrey area of ​​Oxshott, England, which is a ten-minute drive from Chelsea’s Cobham training ground – he has been here for more than a decade.

He bought Tandem House, his third home in the area, for £4.5 million and has now secured planning permission to demolish it.

The 38-year-old former football star will build two luxury villas in this location instead – one six-bedroom house and one four-bedroom.

Both villas will include a dining room, kitchen, family room, living room, bar and games room.

The larger villa will also have a swimming pool and gym.

Terry bought this house for £2.2 million in 2003 and sold it for £5 million in 2013.

Terry bought his second villa for £1.8m in 2007, and spent £4m renovating the nine-bed property.

The white house stands out from the surrounding area, and includes a large indoor swimming pool, a sauna, and fishing lake.

The house is a perfect property as it can be clearly seen from the air and boasts a private house for staff, and a guest annex opposite.

After completing the renovation, John Terry planned to move his family into this house, but when the Sultan of Oman made him “an offer he couldn’t refuse” in 2014, he sold it.
