Day excursion to old Saudi city of AlUla for Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez following Al-5-2 Nassr’s victory over Al-Shabab

A 74th-minute goal by Ronaldo—his 50th for club and country in 2023—was the game-winner in the lopsided victory. During Portugal’s successful UEFA Euro 2024 qualifying campaign, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner scored 10 goals and 40 for Al-Nassr.
Ronaldo and Georgina enjoyed a day of sightseeing in the ancient city of AlUla after the match at Al-Shabab. A few photos from his journey made it onto Instagram, where he captioned them:

Medina province, Saudi Arabia is home to the ancient oasis city of AlUla, which served as a trading post along the old incense route that connected the Gulf, the Levant, and Europe to India and the East.
Prior to Monday’s match, Seko Fofana had given Al-Nassr the lead in the 17th minute, but Carlos equalized seven minutes later. But the away team went into halftime ahead 3-1 thanks to goals from Sadio Mane and Abdulrahman Ghareeb.
In the 86th minute, Hattan Bahebri cut the deficit in half, and 16 minutes before halftime, Ronaldo made it 2-0. But nonetheless. Luis Castro’s squad had a dominant performance thanks to a goal from Mohammed Maran in the sixth minute of extra time.
