SAY BYE! Man United star Anthony Martial reportedly has Inter Milan interested in signing him

It has been stated that Inter Milan are keen on signing Anthony Martial, an attacker for Manchester United, during the upcoming January transfer window.

The 28-year-old made a much-anticipated move to Manchester United from Ligue 1 side Monaco in the summer of 2015 and has since played in more than 300 games, scoring 90 goals.

In his pursuit of consistent playing time with the first team, Martial spent the second half of the 2021–22 season on loan at Sevilla. However, the Frenchman has been returning to Old Trafford since June 2022.

Inter Milan, who finished runners-up in the Champions League last season, reportedly want to sign Manchester United forward Anthony Martial in the new year.

The Nerazzurri reportedly have high regard for the forward and would welcome his signing to the San Siro to bolster Lautaro Martinez’s front аttаck, which has scored fourteen goals this season.

There are six months remaining on Martial’s current term at Old Trafford, but United have the option to extend it by another year.

Regardless, United are widely believed to be unwilling to extend the forward’s contract beyond the 2023–24 season.

The summer signing of Rasmus Hojlund from Atalanta BC for £72 million has curbed the Frenchman’s playing time for Manchester United’s red side.

Although he has failed to find the back of the net in 12 league games for Ten Hag’s squad, the Dane was an asset in the group stage of the Champions League, when he had five goals in six matches.

During the January transfer window, Martial is reportedly also being considered by Al Ettifaq, a club from the Middle East that is willing to pay £8.6 million to acquire him.

Steven Gerrard, a legendary Liverpool player, is presently managing Ettifaq. Gerrard has a history of success at Prince Mohamed bin Fahd Stadium, having brought in players like Georginio Wijnaldum and Jordan Henderson.

The attacker Anthony Martial’s eight-year history with Manchester United may soon be over, as rumours have it that the club will consider bids for the attacker in the new year.

Marcus Rashford and the 28-year-old were both ruled out of Man Utd’s Tuesday’s vital continental match against Bayern Munich owing to illness. However, they are both expected to make comeback for Sunday’s match against Jurgen Klopp and Liverpool.
