The young star steps into the world of e-sports in style.

A soccer star for Real Madrid named Vinícius Júnior, better known as Vini Jr., has joined forces with others to own LOUD Esports.

The most famous e-sports organization in Brazil hired the Brazilian star to “create content, elevate youth sports, and accelerate educational programs in the region,” the group said in a press statement.

Even though he is only 23, the Brazilian soccer star has already scored 63 goals for the Spanish team.

Right now he wants to add more power to the LOUD group.  “Working with LOUD was a great choice,” he said. “Together, we’ll make great content, push young gamers to put their studies first, and back the next generation of athletes, on and off the field.”

A lot of athletes have recently joined e-sports groups, and Vini Jr. is the latest one. Lionel Messi is a co-owner of the Argentinian group KRÜ Esports, and Daniil Medvedev has backed the relatively new team M80.
