After flying into Manchester with his partner Harriet Robson, Mason Greenwood spends Christmas with his family at home

In the days before up to Christmas, the Manchester United forward was seen shopping with Wag Harriet Robson in Hale, Cheshire. He is currently on loan with Getafe, a Spanish club, after being deemed ineligible to play for Old Trafford due to abuse claims.

They returned to the UK to visit relatives during the La Liga winter break, which runs from December 23 to January 3. The couple has a young daughter.

A reliable source has revealed that Mason and Harriet have thoroughly loved their time in Spain. In spite of the difficulties of settling into a new nation, they have made the most of their time together as a young family.

In his brief professional career, he has dealt with numerous issues off the field, but he appears to be getting his life in order now.

Harriet has been warmly greeted by some of the Wags, and he has formed some strong friendships with colleagues. They appreciate the fact that they can go out in Madrid without worrying that someone is observing them.

After United stated he wouldn’t be playing for them again in August, Greenwood transferred to the Madrid-based club in September.

Greenwood remained suspended with full pay of £75,000 per week as United conducted an internal inquiry into his behavior.

United are keen on keeping Greenwood’s agreement as a loan, but Getafe reportedly told them they want to buy him for £40 million.

While AC Milan, Barcelona, and Atletico Madrid all keep an eye on him, his future is anything but definite.

The 22-year-old has been with Getafe since September, and in 15 games thus far he has five goals and four assists.

Some United fans have taken offense to his recent play and are demanding that he return to Old Trafford, even though club officials have stated that he needed a fresh start and that they had no intention of bringing him back.

«What a player!» Ravel Morrison, a former prodigy for United, tweeted about him. Watching a highlight tape of Greenwood’s time at Getafe made United want to sign him again.

According to France striker Antoine Griezmann, “Mason Greenwood was really causing us problems in the second half” after leading a late comeback that tied the game 3-3 against Atletico. The game was lost because we were unable to stop him.
