Al-Nassr presented him with a unique GOAT cake in celebration of Ronaldo three Globe Soccer trophies

As Cristiano Ronaldo’s teammates erupted in a ‘Siuuu’ shout, Al-Nassr presented him with a unique GOAT cake in celebration of his three Globe Soccer trophies.

Soon after Cristiano Ronaldo’s three Globe Soccer Awards victories, the players of Al-Nassr surprised the Portuguese superstar with a ‘GOAT’ cake.

Earlier this week, at the Globe Soccer Awards, Ronaldo took home three trophies. In 2023, he was named the Maradona Award winner for best goalscorer, the Fans’ Favourite Player of the Year, and the Best Middle East Player.

A customized cake bearing the words “Awards keep following the GOAT” was presented to the 38-year-old by Al-Nassr players as a surprise to commemorate his victory in Dubai. Along with Ronaldo’s signature celebration, the ‘Siuuu’ shout was also used to cheer him on.Among 2023’s notable events was the fact that the ex-Real Madrid and Manchester United great became the all-time leading scorer for male footballers with 54 goals for club and country. He has scored 24 goals and assisted on 11 more for Al-Nassr this season in 25 games played in all competitions.

Both the 2023 Asian Cup and the AFCON have put the Saudi Pro League on hold for the time being. Among Al-Nassr’s upcoming friendlies is a February 1 match in the Riyadh Cup versus Inter Miami, the team that Lionel Messi plays for. They have a bye week before their AFC Champions League match against Al-Feiha on February 14.

Cristiano Ronaldo responds to claim he was “lost” at Man Utd after acrimonious exit

maintains that Cristiano Ronaldo was “lost” after leaving Manchester United have been challenged by Ronaldo, who maintains that his spectacular leave actually inspired him more.

After an incredibly controversial interview with Piers Morgan in December 2022, the Portuguese forward departed Old Trafford. He openly voiced his disapproval of the club’s operations.

The result was the cancellation of Ronaldo’s contract, which opened the door for a record-breаking transfer to Al-Nassr, a Saudi club. Some thought the five-time Ballon d’Or winner would eventually become forgotten.

The 38-year-old, though, now asserts that the change provided him with new motivation. Post-Globe Soccer Awards, Ronaldo spoke to Portuguese news outlet Record and said, “I’m not surprised by my level as I know that I still have a lot of possibilities to offer.”On a more personal level, scoring 54 goals was great. I believe I can contribute significantly to Al Nassr and the national team’s aims. Everyone thought I was lost when I was at Manchester United and with the national team, but I was actually very focused and had a fantastic preseason with Al Nassr and the technical staff headed by Castro.

I was clearly startled in that respect, but it didn’t shоck me to win, but I do believe they were significant in inspiring me to have a fantastic season. From a personal standpoint, it was amazing since I am fully aware of my potential and the goals I can contribute to Al Nassr and the national team.

There are perhaps some who think it’s simpler for me to score 54 goals while playing in Saudi Arabia, as you pointed out. Goals are hard to come by in Saudi Arabia, Italy, Spain, or Portugal, as any professional football player can tell you. Aims remain goals. Being victorious over Haaland, Mbappé, and Kane has only increased my sense of pride.Ronaldo has been sensational for Al-Nassr since relocating to Saudi Arabia. In 44 games in all competitions, he has managed to score 38 goals.

Midway through February, he will make his AFC Champions League debut for Al-Nassr against Al-Feiha. They still have a slew of friendly matches to sort out before then, including ones against Zhejiang, Inter Miami (led by Lionel Messi), Shanghai Shenhua, and Al-Hilal.
