Exclusive fresh photos have exposed the massive two-year renovations underway at Tom Holland’s £2.5 million west London residence.

The massive property was subject to six planning applications before the Spider-Man actor bought it in 2018 and started renovations in 2020.

Prior to relocating into the house, the 26-year-old actor reportedly desired to add more living space and make significant structural changes.

The movie star’s current residence is depicted in a new photo, which was taken in response to rumors that he intends to move in with his 26-year-old girlfriend Zendaya.

The estimated £15 million that the actor has made from his six Marvel films has gone toward the seven-figure upgrades. This has led to rumors that his American girlfriend Zendaya may be relocating to the UK.

Given that the pair has been observed on multiple outings in London over the past few weeks, it’s probable that they have already moved into the flat.

The magnificent three-story home has brand-new sash windows in addition to historical details like an arched porch and bay window.

Photographs appear to show that the property has been repointed and has a slate roof, providing a smooth surface at the renovated pad.

The property now appears much tidier after the removal of foliage that had been growing over the house’s entrance.

An electric substitute has also taken the place of the previous wooden gates.

Tom and Zendaya can now completely enjoy their garden views thanks to the addition of an orangery to the back of the house, as seen in the planning designs.

The new residence is close to Tom’s parents, who he now resides with, his comedian father Dominic and photographer mother Nicola.

On multiple occasions, Tom and Zendaya have been sighted while on excursions around the green area of the capital.

Along with taking a stroll with Tom’s parents, they were spotted getting supplies at a Waitrose nearby.

Additionally, they were spotted hanging out in Richmond Park with one of Tom’s pals.

Tom was seen putting some of his stuff at a charity store after organizing, which is another indication that he is prepared to move in.

The Mail on Sunday had previously disclosed that the celebrity had purchased the six-bedroom home in 2018 but had it completely remodeled before relocating.

Once completed, the new rear extension is supposed to feature a games room, sauna, and movie theater. Permission was also given for a larger basement and a garden room with a timber-clad ceiling that looks out over beautifully manicured gardens.

In response to speculation that the couple may soon be choosing furnishings together, a source stated: “Let’s see—Tom has been spending a lot of time making this house into his dream home, and Zendaya has been spending time with him in London.”

“They are the young couple from Hollywood and they don’t want to be apart.”

Recent reports have revealed that a Spider-Man producer advised Tom and Zendaya not to date, nearly ending their romance.

When they were first cast in Spider-Man, producer Amy Pascal allegedly told them to maintain a platonic relationship, according to The New York Times.

“When we first cast them, I pulled Tom and Zendaya apart and lectured them,” Pascal remarked. “Please don’t go there at all.” Attempt not to.

“I offered the identical counsel to both Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield,” the producer disclosed. You know, that can only make things more complicated. They all disregarded me, too.

Stone and Garfield got to know each other while filming The Amazing Spider-Man in 2012.

The two were allegedly dating in 2011, according to rumors, and they stayed together for a few years before supposedly splitting up in 2015.
