Zendaya Bought a $1.4 Million Home In Los Angeles | Observer

Joining the ranks of A-list celebrities such as The Rock, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Beyoncé, Zendaya has recently grabbed headlines with her purchase of a $1.9M home in the serene suburbs of Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley. Situated in the West Hills neighborhood, neighboring Woodland Hills and Calabasas, this two-story house, built in the 1990s, has undergone substantial renovations since its last sale for $1.1M in 2008. Updates include new hardwood flooring and a double-height lobby adorned with light periwinkle-colored walls on the main level.

Inside, French doors in the formal dining room open up to the pool area, while both the living and family rooms feature cozy fireplaces. The kitchen underwent a complete transformation, boasting white quartz counters, dark brown cabinets, and an eat-in bar seating area that seamlessly connects to the family room.

Spread across approximately 3,400 square feet, the home comprises five bedrooms, with two on the first floor and three upstairs. The lavish master suite upstairs offers a renovated bathroom, a dedicated sitting area, and a private terrace with breathtaking views of the city lights. Additionally, a downstairs room has been converted into an office space.

Outside, the property boasts grassy front and backyards, a raised spa adjacent to the pool, and a built-in barbecue center with a bar seating area. A circular fire pit adds charm, perfect for cozy evenings, while a covered loggia offers respite from the Valley’s heat. Situated within an exclusive housing development, the property benefits from monthly HOA dues contributing to maintaining common spaces resembling parks and supporting a neighborhood security guard.

In addition to her father’s luxurious new residence, Zendaya maintains several other properties, including an apartment in New York City and her first-ever purchased home, a Mediterranean-style residence in the Northridge region of Los Angeles. However, her most prized possession remains her $4M hilltop mansion in Encino.
