Jake Fraley’s only home run this season came against the Seattle Mariners in a three-game series away from home at T-Mobile Park on April 15. In 2019, he made his major league debut with the Seattle Mariners.

On October 21, 2016, Jake wed his longtime partner, Angelica Caceres, in Miami, Florida. Because his younger brother Brandon is a Viking, the Reds developed a unique home run celebration in 2023 that entailed dressing like a Viking and wearing the proper regalia.

The Reds, who are 9-9 on the year, will play a six-game homestand at Great American Ball Park against the LA Angels and the Philadelphia Phillies. On Friday, April 19, 2024, Cincinnati takes on the Angels in the first game of their three-game series.

Angelica had just complimented Jake Fraley on his outfield catch during the White Sox game.

Before heading to Seattle to play the Mariners at T-Mobile Park, the Cincinnati Reds had taken on the Chicago White Sox in a three-game road series at Guaranteed Rate Field.

Jake Fraley made an incredible deep catch on Friday night against the White Sox to deny Chicago slugger Paul de Jong an extra base single. Even though he ended up running into the bullpen wall, he managed to make the catch.

His spouse, Angelica Fraley, shared a story on Instagram with the following description, expressing her conflicted emotions about the shocking discovery:

“This makes me proud and just ill at the same time”

Though there has been high expectation for the OF, Jake Fraley has been struggling thus far. During spring training, he appeared to be generating a good season with the Reds.

Even with a strong batting average of.395 and a steady stream of hits, he has not converted many of those hits into RBIs or home runs.
