Man Utd has announced that Ilssair Mazraoui will be joining them

During the current transfer window, Manchester United has added a few players, and there may be more before the deadline of August 30.

One of United’s top priorities is a new right-back. The top target is Noussair Mazraoui of Bayern Munich, with whom the team has verbally agreed to terms.

Journalist Santi Aouna of Foot Mercato now believes that the Red Devils have told Mazraoui that a deal to leave Bayern will be finalized.

The Moroccan is awaiting clearance to depart from Bayern’s team. As soon as Aaron Wan-Bissaka leaves through the exit door, anything might happen.

Although Wan-Bissaka and West Ham United have reached a personal agreement, the London team still needs to pay the £18 million asking price that the Red Devils have set.

Mazraoui, a player for Bayern Munich, is reportedly close to joining United. Wan-Bissaka is nearing the end of his deal with United. It has been decided to sell him in order to buy a right-back who is more of an attacker.

Mazraoui has been identified as the perfect match. The Moroccan can play as a left-back but prefers to operate from the right side of the back four. His adaptability can be the cause of the curiosity. Mazraoui is expected to cost between £15 and £20 million, but a deal might still go through if Wan-Bissaka leaves.

Wan-Bissaka has not been able to create opportunities with his overlapping runs, but the 26-year-old is a good ball-playing right-back.

The former Crystal Palace player has shown skill in one-on-one defense, but Erik ten Hag, the manager, is looking for a player who can influence play in the final third.

Before the new league season begins, Mazraoui—who has won four league titles in his career with Ajax and Bayern—may be heading to Old Trafford.
