After finishing their medicals, Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui are expected to be fit to play against Fulham on Friday for Manchester United.

The 26-year-old Mazraoui also came up through the ranks at Ajax and debuted in the Eredivisie last year (2018). In 2022, he signed for Bayern Munich, where he would go on to win the Bundesliga in 2023 after 55 appearances.United will be eager to get back on track after losing the FA Community Shield encounter to Manchester City on Saturday when they host Manchester City on Friday night to kick off the Premier League season at Old Trafford.
