United have signed 25-year-old Matthijs de Ligt and his partner Anne Kee to a four-year contract after he moved there for £38.5 million from Bayern Munich.

With over 434,000 Instagram followers, the 24-year-old is already famous.As a model, Annekeen was the star of many picture sessions for international publications. Following her success at the Wilma agency, she made headlines in September 2019 when she appeared on the cover of Vogue magazine’s Dutch edition.

It has been quite a summer for the De Ligts. Their wedding preparations had to be scrapped since Bayern could be involved in the Champions League final at Wembley. The couple instead tied the knot in a civil ceremony that was planned last minute; however, the defender had to immediately return to the Netherlands camp to prepare for a warm-up match against Iceland for Euro 2024, so that idea never came to fruition.
