Just before the transfer window closes, Jadon Sancho is reportedly close to leaving Manchester United.
David Ornstein reports that Sancho’s transfer from Manchester United to Chelsea has been finalized.
Sancho will join the Blues on a season-long loan, with Chelsea obligated to make the move permanent in the summer of 2019.
The winger is reportedly going to be asked to sign a long-term deal with Chelsea at that point.
Following in the footsteps of Pedro Neto, Joao Felix, and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, the 24-year-old will join Chelsea this summer as a new player.
Sancho had been rumored to be leaving Old Trafford, even though he had made amends with Erik ten Hag after their argument last season.
It would appear that his transfer to Chelsea is almost finalized, following much speculation.
It would appear that Enzo Maresca will be the one to sign Sancho, beating out teams like Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain.
In the summer of 2021, he transferred for £73 million to join Manchester United.
He has 12 goals and 83 appearances for the team.
The loan spell at Borussia Dortmund spanned the second part of the previous season for the Englishman.
