Cristiano Ronaldo, forward for Al-Nassr, posted a video of his intense exercise to Instagram, giving his followers a glimpse of his rigorous training regimen.

The 2023 Asian Cup is taking place while the Saudi Pro League is on hiatus, but that hasn’t prevented the Portugal great from working out. Ronaldo has continued to show in his most recent Instagram story just how dedicated he is to keeping his amazing physique throughout his career. The video showed the 38-year-old getting a seemingly brutal exercise while wearing nothing but gymnastic rings.As a 38-year-old, Ronaldo is undeniably in incredible shape. Despite playing at a lower level in the Saudi Pro League for nearly a year, his high standards remain evident. The Al-Nassr and Portugal star had yet another fantastic calendar year in 2023, topping the global scoring statistics with an unbelievable 54 goals for club and nation.As Ronaldo prepares to return to Pro League activity in mid-February, training will undoubtedly continue at his residence. However, before that, on February 1, the Portuguese superstar will compete in a much-anticipated friendly match against perpetual rial Lionel Messi.

 

 

 

 

Cristiano Ronaldo’s son hits amazing free kιck

During a training session with Chelsea youth standout Yahya Idrissi, Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. continued his father’s great goal-scoring form by converting a free-kιck.

In a recent training video that went popular on social media, 13-year-old Ronaldo Jr. showcased his developing talent with a free-kιck that curled into the net, using a technique that was uncannily similar to his famous dad’s.

With over 1,7k shares, the video has reached over 615k views.

His fellow Chelsea academy student Yahya Idrissi was the one who first shared the footage online.

The eldest son of the CR7, who wears jersey number seven for the academy squad, went through the academy system in Saudi Arabia, England, Spain, and Italy.

Having previously played for Real Madrid’s, Juventus’, and Manchester United’s youth teams, he debuted on October 20th, 2018, for Al-U13 Nassr’s.

The Portuguese superstar opened out about his son’s football career, saying, “I’m hard with him sometimes because he drinks [cold drinks] sometimes and I’m p*ssed with him.” He knows I dislike chips and fries, so we аrgue whenever he eats them.

Although the teen’s character has been called into question off the field in recent years, he appears to be making sufficient progress when playing.
