After a two-week international break, the Blues returned to Premier League action on Saturday evening with a trip to the south coast to take on Bournemouth. It was another productive day at Cobham.
Enzo Maresca was getting his team ready for the Cherries, and among the returning international stars were Nicolas Jackson, Pedro Neto, and Noni Madueke.
Before Maresca put his players through some tactical preparation, our squad was kept busy with a number of sprint-based competitions. Attackers Cole Palmer and Joao Felix were joined by defense tandem Tosin Adarabioyo and Levi Colwill.

The youthful player, who is predominantly a center player but can fill a variety of midfield roles, has a deal with the Blues that expires at the end of the 2027–2028 season.
He is not expected to be in Enzo Maresca’s starting lineup this season because the Italian has a number of alternative midfield options at his disposal.
The athlete will therefore probably wish to play more frequently for the first team, but according to Romano, interested teams would need to convince the club’s executives to change their mind or sign the player on a permanent basis.
