Chelsea’s score versus Nottingham Forest is at 1-1.

The Blues needed a quick comeback after giving up early in the second half, and Noni Madueke provided it.

 

This time, the winger is having the opposite effect of how he did in the first half when he threatened to score. In the second half, he nearly made his debut offensively when he received a feed from Cole Palmer, dropped a shoulder inside, and buried the ball in the far corner.

Jadon Sancho’s deft move across goal made it much difficult for the goalie to stop it and allowed the goal to go in.

Following a very strange red card for James Ward-Prowse, Nottingham Forest is down to 10 men against Chelsea in today’s Premier League match at Stamford Bridge.

The England international attempted to stop a Chelsea onslaught by diving down and snatching the ball, so he will undoubtedly not be complaining after this clear effort at cheating!

Watch the video below to see how desperate Ward-Prowse gets just before the referee gives him the all-clear, potentially ruining this game for Forest, who had taken a 1-0 lead and still have a chance to win today despite the fact that their task has been made more difficult.Given his stellar play at Southampton, many supporters and commentators likely anticipated that Ward-Prowse would eventually get the opportunity to join one of the big six clubs.

The 29-year-old chose to play for West Ham instead last summer, but he only stayed for one season before moving on loan to Forest for the current campaign following some poor performances at the London Stadium.Even though Ward-Prowse is obviously not the player he once was, it is unfortunate to watch him committing such a ridiculous red card offense.

If the club is unable to hold onto this 1-1 tie against this Chelsea team that is playing well, the supporters of Forest will not be grateful.
