LA Dodgers pitcher Bobby Miller’s girlfriend, Natalie Loureda, is a passionate martial artist, fitness expert and popular social media personality. Following a rigorous routine including training in the gym and practicing various martial arts, Loureda also runs her own podcast on Youtube, which is called the “Rolling With The Punches Show”.

On Saturday, Natalie Loureda took to Instagram, as she posted a story in anticipation of the next installment in the famous Karate Kid franchise. The upcoming movie, titled “Karate Kid: Legends” is scheduled to come out in May of 2025, and features stars Jackie Chan and Ralph Macchio in their iconic roles of Mr. Han and Daniel LaRusso.

Before 2025’s installment, the last movie in the franchise was released in 2010. Legends is described as a return to the franchise’s roots, which will certainly make for exciting news for fans.

Of course, a movie about an up and coming martial artist hits close to home for Loureda. Though not with Karate specifically, Loureda has been honing her Taekwondo skills from an early age, with both her parents and sister also being black belts in the sport.

Natalie Loureda advocates for potential addition of atomweight division to UFC

After initially learning the ropes with Taekwondo, Loureda eventually transitioned towards mixed martial arts. Boasting over 87,000 followers on Instagram, Loureda often posts content related to MMA, and is clearly well-informed about the sport.

On Thursday, Loureda posted a reel to the “Rolling With The Punches Show” page on Instagram, where she talked about all the recent happenings in the world of combat sports. In the reel, she also talked about the potential addition of the atomweight division for women into the UFC, which includes fighters who weigh 105.8 pounds or less.

“Just imagine the speed and skill of the women, and what they would bring to the UFC division. It would spice it up, and turn it upside down, with new talent coming into the spotlight.” Loureda said, talking about the possible benefits of introducing an atomweight women’s division to the UFC

The addition of such a division was also confirmed to be a possibility by UFC CEO Dana White in a press conference.

Loureda is hard at work to enter the world of professional combat sports herself. Natalie Loureda’s sister, Valerie, is signed to WWE, and performs under the ring name ‘Lola Vice’. With the work ethic Natalie continues to show day-in-day-out to not only manage but also excel at all her passions, it won’t be surprising if to see her soon accomplish her goal of competing in the WWE alongside her sister.
