Ben and Jen are still in divorce procedures due to their lack of a prenuptial agreement, thus the divorce is not yet official. However, Jennifer is reportedly in regular communication with Drake, and the two have exchanged flirtatious messages.

An informant told InTouch Weekly that Drake contacted her soon after filing the paperwork. “He was very sweet and told her what a fool Ben is for letting her get away, and then he quickly let her know he’s ready and willing to step in and satisfy her.”

Jennifer recently filed a divorce from Ben.

Drake and Jenny from the Block have had previous romantic relationships. In 2016, the two were spotted kissing at a prom-themed party and posted images of themselves getting intimate on Instagram.

Jennifer revealed in February 2017 that the two were “hanging out,” but did not elaborate on their relationship. Insiders, however, believe that Jennifer and Drake’s interactions have become increasingly heated.

“They have their own history and a lot of chemistry, so it really did a lot to make her smile,” a source told me. “Getting that kind of attention when she was feeling so down was just what she needed. Now they text every day, and things are getting heated.”

Though there doesn’t appear to be anything serious between the two, Jennifer recently spoke to Interview Magazine about wanting to focus on herself rather than another man.

“It’s like actually, I am capable of joy and happiness all by myself,” she was saying. “Being in a relationship doesn’t define me.”

She said, “I can’t look for happiness in other people. I need to find happiness within myself. I used to say I’m a happy person, but I was still seeking for something else to fill, and now it’s like, ‘No, I’m genuinely fine.'”
