Ruud van Nistelrooy will not be a member of the backroom staff of Manchester United’s new head coach, Ruben Amorim, who arrived at the team’s training facility on Monday to begin his duties.After being brought in over the summer and serving as temporary manager for the last four games following Erik ten Hag’s dismissal, the former Netherlands striker has departed the team.

Rene Hake, Jelle ten Rouwelaar, and Pieter Morel, the first-team coaches, all go with Van Nistelrooy.

According to the club, Amorim’s backroom crew will be revealed “in due course.”
