LA Dodgers catcher Will Smith enjoyed the Thanksgiving festivities with his family which added one more member after the World Series. Smith’s wife Cara gave birth to daughter Layton Elizabeth on Oct. 22.

Smith is coming off an incredible year. It started with the LA Dodgers signing him to a 10-year $140 million extension. Smith hit .248 along with 20 home runs and 75 RBIs in the regular season. He then won his second World Series while also expanding his family.

On Sunday, Will Smith posted three photos, one with his family of four, one of his firstborn daughter Charlotte and with all his relatives in the last one. In the first photo, the Smith family posed in coordinated outfits.

Smith wore a gray plaid button-up shirt layered over a black shirt and paired it with gray pants and black-and-white sneakers. Cara was dressed in a cream oversized knit sweater, brown-and-black plaid mini skirt and brown suede knee-high boots. Charlotte wore a cream sweater and brown ankle boots.

Their newborn daughter Layton was wrapped in white clothing, likely a onesie for warmth and comfort

On their journey to clinching the World Series, the Dodgers’ stars received unwavering support from their wives and girlfriends behind the scenes. The ladies of the Dodgers attended every postseason game, whether at Chavez Ravine or on the road.

After the Dodgers secured the championship in Game 5 at Yankee Stadium, the group took a celebratory photo, which Cara later shared, expressing her admiration.

“From opening day to the final postseason game, here are the incredible ladies behind the boys in blue!” Cara wrote in her Instagram caption. “The bond we share is truly unique and hard to put into words! Each year, new faces join us, and we all support one another in ways only we understand. This past month has shown me just how remarkable this group is—like a family away from home 🫶🏼🤍.”
